For some entrées, we offer a choice of sides to accommodate dietary needs or taste preferences. However, we cannot design and cook each meal to address individual taste preferences.

Yes! We use your zip code to verify available delivery dates for your area (that’s why we ask for it upfront!). Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation number you can use to track your delivery. You do not have to be home to receive your order.

No. Our goal is to simplify your life while still allowing you maintain full control. While subscribing is a great way to effortlessly stay on top of meal delivery, we also give you the option to pay as you go.

If you prefer to receive recurring deliveries without worrying about placing an order each time, select the SUBSCRIBE option at checkout, choose your delivery frequency, and we’ll automatically send your next shipment with the meals you selected from your last order.

If you want to select different meals for your next delivery, simply log in to your account and navigate to “Manage Your Orders”. You have until 12PM CST on the business day before your order is scheduled to ship to make any changes. We’ll send you a reminder email before each order to make sure you don’t forget.
